The principal fulfills the mission of the Catholic school by serving as the spiritual, educational, and managerial leader of the school. The principal is charged with the implementation of the philosophy, mission, objectives, and the overall management of the school. The principal is responsible for the professional effectiveness of the staff, the educational progress of the students, as well as the relationship within the entire school community.

The School Counselor fulfills the mission of the Catholic school by working with the principal in the management of the school, faculty, staff, and students with a major emphasis on curriculum and instruction, as well as student discipline. This position reports to and is evaluated by the principal.
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work with courses included or added that address theories and methods in counseling, psychology of adolescence, career information and development, multicultural counseling, and vocational, academic, and career testing.
2 years experience in education, school counseling field, or related area preferred but not required.

Promoting a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to student learning;
Successfully fostering and supporting an inclusive educational environment;
Ensuring that student conduct conforms with the school's standards and policies and maintains standards needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom;
Coordinating with other staff members to evaluate and assess curriculum;
Maintaining a system for accurate and complete record-keeping, grading, and reporting for all student activities, achievement, and attendance as required by school procedures and applicable laws;
Providing student feedback and communicating effectively with students and families as appropriate;
Participating in general homeroom and supervision duties;
Attending employee meetings, department meetings, collaboration meetings, staff meetings liturgies, masses, assemblies, and school events;
Complying with established safety guidelines and participating in safety training.

The Early childhood Para/aide is responsible for assisting, supporting, and working closely with Pacelli preschool teachers, administration, and other team members by providing educational support to students. Dependent upon assignment, but always under the direct supervision of the Director of Early Childhood, this role may be working directly in the classroom, Shamrock Zone childcare, and/or working one-on-one with a student or small group of students.

Provides accounting support to the Director of Finance by reviewing financial information; converting data to a general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements and invoices.
This is a non-exempt part-time 15 hours week 0.375 FTE position that will work Tuesday-Thursday. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance.
